"Office said they cannot help they just collect money and we will never return at phone call to us about any matter. We just asked for them to call the claims department and they refused. I been working thru a claim for 2 and a half months that the claims department and asked for Jason to call for 2 days nothing. I have put in a formal complaint with state farm for this agency. I hope Jason knows what is going on. 20 years with Judy Larson never had this issue. I've lost 100s of dollars off work and no one will help or respond. People like this office makes state farm have a bad name. I finally got someone who is trying to help at claims after 23 documented phone calls and weeks of taking time off work to deal with this. They are getting me with the head of the department that handles complaints for the branches in the morning. Why have a local office if you do nothing. Please do not do business with these people. I will be contacting the BBB."

I know Drew called the claims department yesterday and we asked them to reach out to you directly due to the complexity of the paint on your vehicle. I am sorry that the claims department has not been to your satisfaction. I am also sorry that we have not met your expectations. My team refers all complex long tail claims to claims directly as we are bound as independent contractors to refrain from influencing claims decisions. If you would like for your business to be moved to another agent please let me know and we will oblige."

"Their damage estimates are based of pictures. Why? The best way to underestimate a claim is to not actually look for damage. When the body shop or mechanic finds additional damage, State Farm will fight you over every last dollar. If your estimate is lower than your deductible, they close the claim automatically. Then you have to call the claims department and open a new claim."
